Disability Support Role

We are seeking a dedicated and compassionate individual to join our team as a Disability Support Worker. As a key member of our support network, you will provide person-centered care and support to individuals with disabilities, empowering them to live independently and achieve their goals.

Your role will involve assisting clients with daily living tasks such as personal care, medication management, shopping, and cooking. You will also help clients set and work towards achieving their goals, celebrating their successes along the way.

To be successful in this role, you must demonstrate a passion for working with people with disabilities, both mental and physical. You should enjoy a challenge, have empathy and a caring attitude, and be committed to providing high-quality support that meets the unique needs of each client.

You will need to hold a valid NDIS check, CPR certificate, and First Aid certificate, as well as be fully COVID vaccinated and have the right to work in Australia.
