We are currently seeking a dedicated and passionate clinical care coordinator to fill a key position in our team. As a central member of the clinical group, you will be responsible for driving a continuous improvement culture, acting as a clinical resource for staff, and focusing on clinical service delivery and compliance.

About the Role

This is an exciting opportunity to make a positive impact on the lives of residents and their families. As a clinical care coordinator, you will:

  • Act as a clinical expert, providing education and guidance to staff
  • Focus on delivering high-quality clinical services, ensuring compliance with industry standards

You will be someone who is empathetic and has previous experience working in an aged care environment. You will also possess:

  • A genuine desire to make a difference in people's lives
  • Leadership experience in clinical care
  • A nursing degree and current registration with the relevant authority
  • Solid skills in documentation and knowledge of applicable industry standards
