What You'll Be Doing In this dynamic and fulfilling role, you will: Deliver high standards of clinical nursing care to residents Engage consumers and staff in person-centred care planning and service delivery Mentor Enrolled Nurses and Care Workers while leading by example Promote compliance with Aged Care Quality Standards and internal policies Assist with audits, assessments, and care plan reviews Ensure accurate and timely documentation and reporting Collaborate with the Residential Care Manager to support daily operations Participate in a rotating on-call roster (after probation)What You Bring Essential Criteria: Current registration as a Registered Nurse (AHPRA)Strong clinical knowledge, especially in aged-related health issues Excellent communication, mentoring, and leadership skills Ability to manage teams and support a culture of quality care Strong documentation and IT literacy Commitment to continuous professional development Current National Police Check Valid Driver's Licence Desirable Criteria Experience in aged care or residential services Postgraduate qualifications in aged care or related fields Italian language skills (valued but not essential)Why Work With Us?At Bene Aged Care, we are proud of our heritage and passionate about delivering culturally respectful, person-centred care.
