Job Title: Clinical Nurse Consultant - ADS Consultation and Liaison

About the Role:

We are seeking a skilled Clinical Nurse Consultant to lead the development and implementation of our statewide alcohol and other drug consultation liaison service.

  • The successful candidate will provide specialist assessments and interventions for clients, acting as a consultant to our team on client support and management.
Key Responsibilities:

Leadership Role: Provide professional and clinical leadership in the development and implementation of the consultation liaison service.

Clinical Expertise: Utilize comprehensive knowledge of contemporary evidence-based practice to undertake assessments and interventions for clients.

Consultant: Act as a consultant to our team on client support and management, providing expert advice and guidance.

  • Undertake coordination/leadership role within a multidisciplinary community alcohol and other drug service setting.

Requirements: The successful applicant must have comprehensive knowledge of contemporary evidence-based practice, capacity to undertake a coordination/leadership role within a multidisciplinary community alcohol and other drug service setting, and registration with the Nursing and Midwifery Board of Australia as a Registered Nurse.
