Job Description

We are seeking a highly skilled Social Media Strategist to join our Brand and Communication team, responsible for driving growth across the APAC region.

This role involves developing social media strategies, managing content, analyzing engagement metrics, and collaborating with various teams to enhance employer brand and stakeholder engagement.

The position can be based in any GHD office in Australia, New Zealand, or the APAC region. It may also be offered as a permanent part-time role, preferably four days per week.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Developing and implementing social media strategies aligned with business goals
  • Managing content across platforms to support strategic initiatives
  • Maintaining social media calendars and workflows
  • Generating reports and insights to optimize social media performance
  • Collaborating on creative campaigns and promoting employee advocacy
  • Supporting global initiatives like the Alumni Program
Required Skills and Qualifications

Essential Qualifications:

  • Proven success in social media content creation and campaign delivery
  • Strong knowledge of LinkedIn, Facebook, and other platforms
  • Experience with workflow tools
  • Skills in graphic design software such as Canva
  • Ability to develop strategies to achieve business outcomes
  • Excellent writing and stakeholder management skills
  • Familiarity with AI tools
