We're seeking a passionate and dedicated individual to join our team as a Before & After School Care Second In Charge. This is an exciting opportunity for someone who is keen to develop their skills in the OSHC industry.

The successful candidate will assist the Director of Service in delivering an exceptional experience for the children in our care. Key responsibilities will include:

  • Assisting with the creation and implementation of enriching experiences based on the preferences of the children in your program (programming)
  • Supporting the program compliance, ensuring a high quality service that exceeds industry standards
  • Building strong relationships with the school, including parents & the wider community
  • Playing and having FUN with primary school aged children
  • Opportunity to develop your Coordinator skills and take ownership during School Holiday periods

We're looking for someone who:

  • Is passionate about kids and has a positive, can-do attitude
  • Is a strong team player and loves leading a team to success
  • Is keen to learn and develop their skills in this industry
  • Has outstanding communication skills and a desire to WOW customers
  • May already be working towards or have completed an ACECQA recognised qualification, but if not, we have a traineeship just for you
