Our Early Childhood Teacher First Steps Program

Our intensive and supportive induction program is designed to help you succeed in your role as an Early Childhood Teacher. The program includes:

  • Three months of continued support and training, allowing you to collaborate, learn, and grow professionally
  • An ECT Buddy to provide an extra layer of support as you settle into your role
  • Community Connection Sessions to network with other ECTs, Teacher Registration Partners, and Practice Partners

Requirements

Successful Applicants must hold:

  • An ACECQA-approved Graduate Diploma, Bachelor, or Masters of Teaching (Early Childhood)
  • Alternatively, working towards the above qualification
  • Current Working with Children Check
  • Teacher's Registration or eligible to apply
