  • Support the administration of bookings and information through coordination and follow-up with hirers and groups.
  • Ensure the daily smooth operations of Community Centres.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Answer phone calls and respond to email enquiries in a timely and professional manner.
  • Provide excellent customer service to visitors and participants at the Community Centres.
  • Assist with the coordination of bookings, events, and activities at the Community Centres.
  • Provide administrative support to the team, including data entry, filing, and other tasks as required.

Requirements:

  • Excellent customer service skills and the ability to communicate effectively.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Basic computer skills and proficiency in Microsoft Office.
  • Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information.
