About the Job

We are seeking an organized and proactive support professional to join our Retail Operations Team.

This part-time role is based in our Corporate Office, with working hours from 9:00am to 2:00pm on Monday, Wednesday and Friday.

Key Responsibilities
  • Process invoices, liaise with vendors, and manage invoice coding and monthly reclassifications.
  • Distribute store reports, track payments and deposits, and follow up on any banking discrepancies.
  • Maintain store consumables and safety stock levels, and coordinate ad hoc orders.
  • Update records, monitor incident reports, and manage safety equipment distribution.
  • Send communications, upload reports, respond to queries, and update trading hours.
  • Order supplies, coordinate facilities requests, manage shared inboxes, and provide general support.
About You
  • You have strong administration skills and attention to detail.
  • You have intermediate to advanced Excel and Microsoft Office proficiency.
  • You have excellent communication and time management skills.
  • You can work independently and meet deadlines.
  • Prior experience in retail or multi-site operations is preferred.
  • Knowledge of WHS processes is desirable.
  • A Business or Administration qualification is also desirable.
