Store Manager

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Store Manager to join our team at Oscar Wylee. As a Store Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing the day-to-day operations of our retail team, ensuring compliance with company policies and procedures, and delivering a superior customer experience.
Key Responsibilities- Oversee the retail team and ensure effective management of store operations
- Collaborate closely with Optometrists to deliver exceptional customer service
- Coach retail staff on effective selling and customer service skills
- Manage staff scheduling and supervise other retail staff
- Deliver on-site training and development programs
- Minimum 1 year experience as an Assistant Store Manager in a high-volume retail environment
- Previous experience in an Optical background is preferred
- Experience with staff scheduling, supervising other retail staff, and delivering on-site training
- Ability to demonstrate strong leadership and communication skills
- Collaborative and consultative team-work and leadership style
