Job Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Tendering and Marketing Coordinator to join our Strategic Customer Development team.

Responsibilities
  • Coordinate comprehensive tender responses, ensuring alignment with RFTs and delivery methodologies.
  • Create compelling content for tenders, manage the tender library, and ensure consistent brand alignment across all company materials and digital platforms.
  • Maintain and update company websites and assist in creating engaging written and graphical content for social media, aligning with brand voices.
  • Produce impactful infographics, capability brochures, and information flyers for diverse business needs.
  • Conduct peer reviews of content for accuracy and consistency and coordinate internal company publications.
Requirements
  • A minimum of 3-5 years of experience in a similar role with proven research and content application skills for tender responses.
  • Exceptional verbal and written communication, complemented by strong proofreading abilities.
  • Advanced skills in MS Office Suite and Adobe Creative Cloud (InDesign, Photoshop, Illustrator and Premier Pro) or equivalent graphic design software.
  • Demonstrated ability to manage time effectively, multitask, and maintain meticulous attention to detail while working under pressure and meeting deadlines.
  • Proven teamwork and communication skills, coupled with a process-focused approach to tasks.
