Domestic Support Worker

We are seeking a compassionate and reliable Domestic Assistant to join our Home Care team. As a Domestic Assistant, you will play a vital role in supporting our clients to live independently at home by providing domestic assistance with cleaning and laundry duties.
Key Responsibilities- Provide domestic assistance with cleaning and laundry duties to support clients to live independently at home.
- Work collaboratively with the Home Care team to ensure high-quality care and support is provided to clients.
- Develop and maintain positive relationships with clients, their families, and other stakeholders.
- Contribute to the development and implementation of individualized care plans that meet the unique needs of each client.
- Participate in ongoing training and professional development to enhance skills and knowledge in domestic assistance and care.
- Passion for supporting others and making a difference in the community.
- Previous experience in case management and relevant qualifications.
- Strong communication and organizational skills.
- A safe and sensible approach with a practical understanding of people's physical limitations.
- Ability to be flexible and adapt to meet clients' individual needs.
- Certificate III in Home or Aged Care is advantageous, but not essential.
- NDIS Clearance, First Aid Certificate, Driver Licence, and COVID-19 certificate are required.
