Job Summary

We are seeking a skilled Workers Compensation Solicitor or Senior Associate to join our team in Sydney. As part of our growing practice, you will work closely with senior lawyers and partners on complex matters, including the defence and management of psychological injury claims, advising on risk and injury management strategies, and handling Lead Scheme Agent matters.


The Role

You will be responsible for managing a busy file load and delivering practical outcomes for clients. This involves working closely with colleagues to provide advice on risk and injury management strategies, as well as defending and managing psychological injury claims.

Requirements

To be successful in this role, you will need a minimum of 2 years post-admission experience and previous experience in workers compensation law, preferably on the defendant side. Exposure to psychological injury claims and statutory schemes is highly desirable.
