We are looking for candidates who have the following experience and skills:
- A proven track record in managing commercial construction projects.
- Strong leadership skills to motivate and develop a productive team and the ability to manage trades to ensure high-quality outcomes.
- Strong verbal and written communication skills.
- In-depth knowledge of safety protocols and regulations and experience in ensuring compliance with site WHS plans and processes.
- Ability to ensure the consistent and timely delivery of work and strong forward planning skills to meet project deadlines.
