About the Role- Investigate quantum advantage with near-term quantum systems.
- Explore the implementation of analogue quantum systems on near-term arrays of phosphorus-doped silicon quantum dots.
- Develop and adapt quantum algorithms for industry-focused applications.
- Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team of quantum physicists, engineers, and technicians to implement early-stage quantum system implementations on silicon-based quantum computer devices.
- PhD in Physics, Computer Science, Mathematics, or a related field.
- Research experience in classical machine learning, quantum machine learning, condensed matter physics, or related fields.
- Experience with high-performance quantum algorithm implementation and Python quantum computing packages.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Ability to work in a team and collaborate across disciplines.
