We are seeking an experienced leader to manage the technical commissioning and operations of BESS assets in our growth environment.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Establish and lead a team responsible for commissioning, operation, and maintenance activities.
  • Oversee the safe and effective operation of BESS assets across the network.
  • Drive operational excellence, technical performance, and asset reliability.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to ensure seamless transitions from project delivery into ongoing operations.
Requirements:
  • Degree in Electrical Engineering.
  • Proven experience in engineering management or O&M leadership roles.
  • Experience establishing or scaling teams and operational systems.
  • Strong knowledge of commissioning and O&M for electrical infrastructure.
  • Passion for renewable energy, innovation, and asset performance.
