Job Opportunity: High Performers Wanted – Build a Service from the Ground Up

In this role, you will lead teams and shape the future of employment services in Australia. You will have the unique opportunity to build an evidence-based service, drive innovation and quality, and deliver lasting outcomes for people living with mental health conditions and their families.

This is a key position that involves overseeing day-to-day operations, compliance and performance to ensure smooth, effective service delivery. Strong partnerships with employers will be built to create inclusive opportunities and support sustainable employment outcomes.

The successful candidate will possess strong leadership skills, including the ability to lead a team of Employment Consultants using the Individual Placement & Support (IPS) Model. They will also be responsible for delivering high-quality services that respond to the strengths and aspirations of each participant.

Main Responsibilities:

  • Leading a team of Employment Consultants using the IPS Model.
  • Delivering high-quality services that respond to the strengths and aspirations of each participant.
  • Overseeing operations, compliance and performance to ensure smooth service delivery.
  • Building partnerships with employers to create inclusive opportunities.
  • Developing referral pathways through connections with NDIS and community mental health providers.

Requirements:

  • A relevant Certificate III or higher qualification.
  • Two or more years of experience in employment services, with leadership or lived experience highly regarded.
  • Strong local employer relationships and business development skills.
