Job Description:

The Graduate Engineer will have the opportunity to participate in a comprehensive two-year development program designed to cultivate a wide range of knowledge and skills. The program includes exposure to diverse sectors and work environments, laying the foundation for a successful and enduring career.

The successful candidate will join our dynamic and high-performing Closure & Remediation team in Brisbane, working alongside experienced engineers to deliver projects from planning to execution. Key responsibilities include project support, data analysis, technical research, collaboration, documentation, problem-solving, and quality assurance.

Required Skills and Qualifications:

  • Recent graduate or graduating before Feb 2026 of a tertiary degree in Civil / Geotechnical Engineering, Environmental Engineering, Agricultural Engineering, or Environmental Science.
  • Relevant work rights to live and work full-time in Australia.
  • Previous student vacation or internship experience ideally in a consulting environment highly desired.
  • Experience working within a team in retail, hospitality, or customer service industries highly desired.
  • Possesses a strong desire to learn and grow professionally.
  • Excellent communication skills, written and verbal.
  • Excellent rapport-building skills and desire to work collaboratively within a multidisciplinary environment.
