What You'll Be Doing

- Investigating plant failures and recommending corrective actions

- Interpreting and updating technical drawings, manuals, and procedures

- Focusing on long-term plant health and reliability

- Developing and reviewing plant maintenance and operational strategies

- Creating and refining engineering procedures

- Collecting and analyzing plant health and performance data

- Assessing plant limitations and defining operational requirements

- Designing, recommending, and overseeing installation and commissioning of projects and plant improvements

- Ensuring compliance with relevant engineering standards and regulations

- Making cost-effective plant change recommendations based on sound engineering principles

- Engaging with stakeholders to gather briefs and manage external consultants when needed

- Developing engineering solutions, directing drafting work, and preparing technical specifications

- Contribute to a strong safety culture and follow all HSE protocols.

About You

- Completing or recently completed a Bachelor of Mechanical Engineering (within the last five years)

- Passionate about power generation and complex processes

- Willing to relocate to the South Burnett — relocation assistance provided

- Hold full working rights in Australia and a valid driver's licence
