Job Opportunity

We are seeking an experienced professional to manage and develop high-quality content that spans investment, operational, compliance, legal, HR and other text describing our business.

The successful candidate will be responsible for collaborating with subject matter experts to draft and refine content, as well as developing and implementing editorial guidelines to ensure a consistent unified voice for the company.

Key Responsibilities
  • Manage and develop content for new business proposal documents and due diligence questionnaires
  • Collaborate with subject matter experts to draft and refine content
  • Develop and implement editorial guidelines to ensure consistency across the company
  • Customise and manage our content technology solution, RocketDocs
  • Evaluate ways to leverage AI capabilities within the system
Requirements
  • 4+ years' experience in an investment management RFP/DDQ role
  • Strong writing, editing, and proofreading skills
  • Ability to build and maintain relationships with stakeholders
  • Familiarity with content management systems, particularly RocketDocs
  • Excellent communication and collaboration skills
  • Ability to manage multiple competing projects and meet deadlines
