Key Responsibilities
- Provide timely and high-quality support and training on human resource, establishment asset management, financial, and business systems.
- Support the management of human, physical, and financial resources, including budget preparation and expenditure reconciliations, accommodation management, and asset maintenance.
- Develop and implement effective administrative systems, including records management.
- Offer guidance to staff at all levels on administrative and operational matters, as well as confidential briefs, submissions, and correspondence.
- Analyse and prepare reports, general correspondence, briefing notes, and memorandum for approvals and human resource papers.
- Assist in delivering and coordinating other business management functions and projects as required.
