About the Role:

We are seeking skilled and experienced individuals to support people with disabilities in their own homes.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Follow person-centred support and behaviour plans
  • Provide assistance with daily living activities, including personal care
  • Facilitate client goal achievement through meaningful activities
  • Maintain thorough record keeping
  • Build positive relationships with clients, families and colleagues
  • Advocate for client choice and control

Required Skills and Qualifications:

To be successful in this role, you will require:

  • Experience working with people with disabilities
  • Previous experience working with behaviours of concern
  • Prior experience working with high medical needs
  • An unrestricted Australian driver's licence
  • A current First Aid and CPR Certificate

Benefits:

This is a casual opportunity offering an hourly rate of $33.96 - $35.50.

Schedule and Location:

The position requires an 8 hour day shift in Winchelsea, VIC.

  • National Police Certificate (required)
  • Driver Licence (required)
  • Australia work authorisation (required)

Work Environment:
