Job Opportunity

A permanent position is available as a Team Leader within our national online platform, offering flexibility to balance work and life. The role connects people living with disability to service providers.

Main Responsibilities
  • Lead a motivated team focused on connecting NDIS participants with suitable providers, ensuring prompt actioning of service requests.
  • Work closely with the Provider Team to onboard new services and maintain relationships across the network.
  • Act as central point of contact for senior management, providers, and your team, ensuring smooth operations and efficient service delivery.
  • Use data insights to identify trends, evaluate performance, and help scale organisational impact.
Leadership Qualities Required
  • Proven leadership experience in the disability sector.
  • Strong communication skills, with ability to handle challenging conversations and build lasting relationships.
  • A problem-solving mindset focused on improving systems and outcomes.
  • Experience using CRMs and data to guide operational decisions.
