Job Opportunity: Multi-Site Operations Manager

A dynamic and challenging role awaits an experienced leader to oversee the operations of multiple automotive service centres in Western Australia.

About the Role:

  • Report to the Franchisee and support stores in WA to conduct business in accordance with franchise agreements.
  • Provide technical and diagnostic skills to train and support the network.
  • Ensure adherence to quality assurance procedures and administration protocols.
  • Measure and assist with sales targets across the network as directed.
  • Maintain the Quality Assurance System.
  • Ensure all stores maintain a safe, clean, and optimum working environment for staff and customers.
  • Actively promote the brand image.
  • Conduct store audits and ensure statutory requirements are in place.
  • Provide operational and training support on DMS.
  • Assist in Manager inductions and in-store training.
  • Support the network in recruitment and training of key staff.
  • Ensure honesty, efficiency, quality, and adherence to all systems and procedures at all stores.

About You:

  • Automotive mechanical trade qualification (desirable but not essential).
  • Results-driven with a good understanding of financial and commercial aspects required to run financially successful operations within the industry.
  • Collaborative and engaging approach to managing teams and people.
  • Proven experience in a similar role requiring high leadership, customer engagement, motivating, and developing teams with excellent communication and managerial skills.
  • Outstanding customer service skills and solution-focused to the franchisee, store managers, and customers.
  • Previous experience in managing multiple automotive service centres, stores or similar and a proven track record in sales management and growing financial targets is a must.
