We are seeking a Centre Operations Manager to join our team in Joondalup. As a Centre Operations Manager, you will be responsible for driving centre performance and ensuring the site is consistently presentable to our customers.

Key Responsibilities:

">

- Lead and motivate a team of Storage Consultants to meet or exceed targets
- Ensure excellent customer service is consistently delivered
- Oversee operational excellence and manage centre operations including centre presentation, maintenance, administration duties, security, access control, inventory management, and compliance with health and safety regulations
- Provide weekly and monthly reports on centre financial performance to the Operations Manager
- Foster a positive and inclusive team culture that aligns with our company values and fosters teamwork, care, and excellence

About You:

">

- Demonstrated 1+ years' experience in a management or team leader position in a high-volume setting
- Strong conflict resolution skills and ability to de-escalate situations
- Proven ability to work towards sales targets and KPIs
- Proficient in using technology and multitasking between different systems
- Excellent communication skills and able to foster a team building environment
- Motivated, proactive, and positive outlook with a willingness to learn and grow with the business
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills with a keen eye for detail
- Driver's license and car required
- Forklift license desirable
