Workforce Planning Strategist

We are seeking a high-performing individual to join our People Experience Team as the Workforce Planning Lead. This critical strategic role will shape our contemporary approach to workforce planning, people systems, and reporting.
As the Workforce Planning Lead, you will establish workforce strategies that align with our current and future organisational needs. You will be responsible for delivering and developing workforce planning aligned with best practice, translating strategy within a change management framework, and inspiring and motivating your team.

Key Responsibilities- Develop and implement workforce planning strategies that align with our organisational needs
- Lead the development and implementation of people systems and reporting
- Translate strategy into actionable plans and manage change within the organisation
- Lead and motivate your team to achieve organisational goals
- Collaborate with stakeholders across the business to build strong relationships and drive results
- Tertiary qualified in HR, OD, or related field
- Experience in a similar leadership role
- Contemporary professional with the capacity to deliver and develop workforce planning aligned with best practice
- Innovative thinker who translates strategy within a change management framework
- Leader who inspires, motivates, and is actively engaged in the management of their team
