This position focuses on delivering comprehensive education and training to healthcare professionals across various care settings, leveraging specialist nursing expertise to enhance patient outcomes.
Main Responsibilities:- Design and deliver engaging educational programs tailored to primary and specialty care settings.
- Maintain up-to-date knowledge of haematology management and treatment pathways, ensuring accurate information dissemination to healthcare professionals.
- Foster strong professional relationships with healthcare stakeholders to support seamless knowledge transfer and adoption of best practices.
- Act as a clinical resource and advisor, driving program objectives and educational initiatives forward.
- Collaborate with internal teams to ensure consistency and accuracy of educational content.
- Evaluate and align all training with program guidelines, policies, and compliance standards.
- AHPRA registration as a Registered Nurse in Australia.
- Strong foundation in chronic disease management, specifically haematology.
- Proven experience in delivering clinical education to diverse audiences of healthcare professionals.
- Exceptional communication and presentation skills for engaging multiple audience types.
- Effective time management and organisational skills to work independently.
- Digital platform proficiency for education delivery and reporting purposes.
- Australian Driver's License and access to a reliable vehicle for travel.
