As a Graduate Civil Engineer, you will be working in Western Australia with our organisation on site-based projects.

Your Key Responsibilities
  • Maintaining and organising project documents including drawings, dockets and registers to ensure all records are accurate and up-to-date.
  • Monitoring on-site activities ensuring compliance with project specifications and reporting any discrepancies promptly.
  • Reviewing and interpreting project drawings to ensure that site activities align with project requirements.
  • Assisting senior engineers with procurement to ensure materials and resources are available when needed.
  • Familiarising yourself with and enforcing compliance with the site specification and drawings.
  • Actively participating in pre-start and toolbox talks promoting safety awareness and adherence to safety protocols.
  • Ensuring inspection test plans (ITPs) and checklists are signed off promptly for seamless project progression.
  • Compiling and maintaining quality assurance (QA) documentation assisting senior engineers with submission processes.
  • Staying updated with industry trends cost factors and construction methods to enhance efficiency and accuracy.
  • Participating in training programs and professional development opportunities.
About You

The successful applicant will ideally have:

  • Previous experience in a similar role within the civil construction sector.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Strong computer and systems skills and knowledge.
