Field Marketing Manager New Markets

We are seeking a seasoned professional to lead our marketing efforts in new markets.
Key Responsibilities:- Create engaging event experiences that meet local cultures and requirements.
- Develop promotion plans, including identifying targets in CRM, building lists in marketing automation, and creating emails according to operational guidelines.
- Coordinate event logistics, including venue research, catering, and local supplier management.
- Work closely with the sales team, regional partners, and 3rd party vendors to ensure successful event execution.
- Evaluate event success and prepare ROI reports.
- Research and onboard qualified regional marketing partners, including local media agencies, database providers, and other solution vendors.
- Develop regional event/campaign promotion plans with partners to generate leads and nurture prospects.
- Create inbound campaigns using marketing automation tools to nurture leads.
- Develop outbound communication campaigns, quarterly newsletters, and holiday cards.
- Digital transformation and innovative marketing campaigns
- Opportunity to work with diverse industries such as fashion, food & beverage, cosmetics, consumer electronics, and more.
