- React quickly to breakdowns, communicate effectively with affected teams, and work efficiently to resolve issues.
- Support continuous improvement by learning from breakdowns and providing feedback and suggestions for improvements.
- Provide high levels of equipment availability to our internal customers.
- Work collaboratively with senior colleagues to undertake day-to-day maintenance tasks and general building maintenance.
Our RME team is a technically-minded group of excellent team players, guided by experienced leaders. We work together to maintain, troubleshoot, and repair equipment across our global network of fulfillment centers.
Requirements- Formal Trade Qualifications: Certificate III in Electrotechnology with current electrical trade license or Certificate III in Engineering/Mechanical Trade (Fitter/Turner)
- Experience of planned preventative maintenance systems
- Experience fault finding within Material Handling Equipment/Automation systems
- Ability to read and understand electrical/mechanical drawings
- Experience of conveyor maintenance, motor controllers/inverters
- Experience of working to appropriate health & safety standards and regulations
- Experience of computer maintenance systems (CMMS)
- Experience of sortation machines
- Experience in an industrial environment
- Experience of maintaining/configuring bar code scanners
- Experience of print and apply machines
