The Role

We're seeking a highly experienced Media Sales and Partnerships Manager to join our Commercial Team. As a key member of our growth and client acquisition strategy, you'll be responsible for identifying and securing new clients, expanding our reach and influence within our two-sided marketplace.

You'll work closely with our marketing, advertising, and client service teams to leverage insights into market trends and client feedback. Your goal will be to refine outreach efforts and enhance the client onboarding process, maximizing client satisfaction and ensuring successful integration into our platform.

Responsibilities
  • Develop and execute innovative strategies to attract and onboard new suppliers, including brands and retailers.
  • Lead the negotiation and closure of deals with new suppliers, ensuring a seamless integration into the Archi Pro platform.
  • Establish strong, ongoing relationships with new suppliers, serving as a reliable advisor and ensuring they are well-supported in their transition and continued partnership with Archi Pro.
  • Research and identify suitable companies and suppliers that align with Archi Pro's values and vision.
  • Focus on expanding our network with high-quality partners in key categories.
Requirements
  • Proven experience in advertising and media sales, with a comprehensive understanding of media sales and advertising solutions that drive business growth and brand engagement.
  • Proven experience in business development, with a strong track record of securing and onboarding new business partners.
  • Strategic thinking and planning skills, with the ability to develop and execute innovative strategies to attract and integrate new suppliers into a dynamic marketplace.
  • Industry knowledge, with a deep understanding of the retail and brand marketing industries, including current trends and challenges.
  • Strong negotiation and sales skills, with the ability to negotiate effectively and close deals, ensuring both the company's and suppliers' needs are met profitably.
What We Offer
  • Competitive base salary of $140-$160, plus super.
  • 10% uncapped commission on all sales, with great earning potential.
