The RoleWe are seeking a skilled Bartender to join our team at RuCo Bar. As a Bartender, you will be responsible for delivering a high standard of food and beverage services to our guests. This will involve efficiently serving drinks and food, providing exceptional customer service, and working collaboratively with the Food and Beverage team to achieve our goals.
Key Responsibilities- To meet and greet all guests arriving and departing the restaurant.
- To provide personalized service in intimate settings.
- To be able to work in a dynamic team environment.
- To possess exceptional interpersonal, communication, and time management skills.
- To have superior customer service skills, as well as the ability to work both autonomously and as part of a team.
- To create a positive first impression for our guests.
- To be flexible and able to work on a rotating roster, including weekends, night shifts, and public holidays.
- To assist with other areas of the Food and Beverage division as required.
- Previous experience in the food and beverage industry is preferred.
- An unrestricted working visa for Australia is required.
- A Responsible Service of Alcohol certification for Victoria is mandatory.
- Bar skills and experience are preferred.
- Barista skills and experience are preferred.
- Flexible availability, preferably on Thursday, Friday, and Saturdays.
