Boutique Store Manager

About the Role:
We are seeking an experienced Boutique Manager to lead our team to success. As a key member of our Frontline Recruitment team, you will be responsible for the overall profitability of the boutique, ensuring all targets and KPIs are met and exceeded.
Key Responsibilities:
- Responsible for the overall profitability of the boutique, ensuring all targets and KPIs are met and exceeded.
- Support the team in achieving their own personal targets and KPI goals.
- Build and nurture a high-performance culture where you focus on your team's development, ensuring you always have the right person in the right place.
- Experienced in working towards wage targets and working in line with all rostering guidelines.
- Create an environment that upholds the company standards for the ultimate in-store experience for all customers through building and maintaining strong customer relationships.
- Responsible for operational excellence in-store in line with brand standards and identify any operational opportunities or gaps within the store and ensure measures put in place to overcome.
What you can bring:
- A passion for the bridal industry or high-end fashion.
- Minimum 2 years management experience.
- Experience in leading a team to achieve sales & KPI targets.
- Strong business acumen and ability to make business-driven decisions.
- Exceptional problem-solving skills and strong understanding of people management.
- Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written.
- Strong comprehension of stock control procedures.
