Driving delivery excellence across a diverse portfolio of key accounts and projects requires strong leadership skills, exceptional communication, and stakeholder management abilities. This role plays a key part in the execution of integrated campaigns and digital experiences.

Key Responsibilities
  • Own and drive high-profile, integrated campaigns and digital projects across multiple client portfolios.
  • Partner with internal stakeholders to define project requirements and develop compelling proposals.
  • Lead the creation of briefs, statements of work (SoWs), timelines, estimates, and resourcing plans.
  • Allocate cross-functional resources, balancing team capacity with client priorities.
  • Ensure high-quality execution across all phases—managing scope, budget, timelines, and risk.
  • Facilitate regular status meetings, provide clear updates, and manage client expectations.
  • Build relationships with internal teams, acting as the go-to delivery expert.
  • Lead, coach, and mentor producers to drive delivery excellence across the portfolio.
Requirements
  • 6+ years in a digital, creative, or integrated agency environment.
  • Proven track record managing complex digital projects and integrated campaigns across web, social, CRM, and content.
  • Experience working with automotive or similarly complex clients is beneficial.
  • Deep understanding of delivery methodologies and tools.
  • Strong experience creating SoWs, proposals, estimates, and resource plans.
  • Ability to manage multiple concurrent projects autonomously.
  • Exceptional communication and stakeholder management skills.
  • Experience with CMS platforms and CRM/marketing automation tools.
  • Commercial acumen—understanding how delivery decisions impact profitability and client satisfaction.
