Job Opportunity

We are seeking an experienced and skilled Tech Support Specialist to join our team.

Job Description:

The Tech Support Specialist will be responsible for upholding high standards of technical service, ensuring a positive experience to each customer. This includes conducting diagnostic and repair work on various vehicles, working efficiently as part of a team, and continuously improving procedures and products.

Main Responsibilities:

  • Conduct thorough diagnostic and repair work on all vehicle aspects
  • Work collaboratively with the team to maximize service efficiency
  • Provide feedback to internal teams to enable continuous improvement
  • Maintain a respectful and inclusive attitude in a dynamic environment
  • Operate a variety of top-quality hand, power, and shop tools
  • Detailed and document repairs accurately
  • Inspect and maintain service equipment, requesting replacements as needed
  • Partner with other teams to fulfill business objectives and ensure smooth delivery of products to customers

Required Skills and Qualifications:

  • Fully qualified Motor Mechanic or Registered Vehicle Technician (Certificate III in Light Vehicle Mechanical Technology or equivalent)
  • Minimum 2 years' experience as a fully qualified Motor Mechanic or Technician
  • In-depth knowledge of methods, techniques, parts, and tools used in vehicle maintenance and repair (including testing, diagnosis, HVAC service, hydraulic, brakes, testing, and repair of electronic systems and modules)
  • Knowledge and experience using diagnostic scan tools, following diagnostics, and operating scopes
  • Experience working with EVs or Hybrid Vehicles is beneficial
  • A creative problem solver who is open to new ideas, approaches, and advocates for quality service
