As a Crisis & Emergency Management Planner, you will:

  • Develop and implement emergency management plans
  • Conduct risk assessments and provide recommendations for improvement
  • Collaborate with teams to ensure readiness and respond to emergencies

We are looking for someone with strong understanding of emergency management arrangements in NSW, as well as knowledge of the road and transport network across regional NSW. You should also have excellent communication skills and be able to build trusted relationships with diverse stakeholders.

The ideal candidate is responsible for leading planning and preparedness activities, including exercises that ensure the division is ready. They will work closely with the Customer Protection and Network Resilience team to develop clear, practical operational plans that enable swift, safe action during emergencies.
