The Role

  • Evaluate compliance with health and safety regulations, ensuring a safe environment for employees and guests.
Your Key Responsibilities
  • Prior supervisory experience in food and beverage within a resort or hotel setting.
  • Leadership or management background is required.
  • A valid RSA qualification and current Food Safety Certificate are necessary.
  • Develop and maintain excellent communication skills, focusing on guest satisfaction.
  • A genuine passion for food and beverage, backed by solid knowledge.
  • Cultivate a strong team culture as a hands-on leader, setting the stage for high performance.
  • Demonstrate a proactive approach, with the ability to work under pressure and problem-solve effectively.
