As a Female Support Worker, you will build strong relationships with clients and stakeholders, providing exceptional care and support.

Key Responsibilities:

  • ">
  • Assist clients with social outings, visits to local shops, and community access.">
  • Provide regular and professional support in line with clients' plans, needs, and desires.">
  • Support participants in accessing social and community activities, promoting a healthy lifestyle.">
  • Implement strategies to enhance participants' skills, identify areas for additional support, and explore opportunities to help them achieve their goals.">

Requirements:

  • ">
  • A minimum of Certificate III in Individual Support or equivalent qualification.">
  • Current First Aid Level 2 Certificate.">
  • Experience working with clients with dementia and other complex disabilities (preferred).">
  • National Police Check (mandatory).">
  • Working with Children's Check (WWCC) (mandatory).">
  • Current Australian Driver's Licence (MUST).">
  • Covid-19 Vaccination Certificate (mandatory).">

Benefits:
