Senior Frontend Engineer Manager for Accessibility

Responsibilities:- Develop strategic plans to enhance the company's core experience, emphasizing inclusivity and accessibility.
- Mentor and guide engineers in achieving personal growth and contributing to team success.
- Collaborate with subject matter experts to shape the accessibility roadmap and develop cutting-edge tools.
- Lead technical reviews, design documents, and contribute code where necessary.
- Prior commercial experience as a frontend engineer manager or similar leadership position.
- A proven track record of driving significant technical changes and cross-functional collaborations.
- Strong expertise in JavaScript, TypeScript, and React, with a keen interest in AI-driven developer workflows.
- A passion for inclusive design, even without extensive accessibility knowledge.
- A commitment to creating a safe environment for engineers to grow and thrive.
