Accessibility Engineering Lead

As a seasoned leader in frontend engineering, you will drive the development of accessibility features and tools within our product platform.

About the Role
  • Lead a team of frontend engineers to build accessible solutions that empower all users
  • Coach, mentor and develop engineers for growth and impact
  • Partner with subject matter experts to shape a roadmap of accessibility features and foundational continuous accessibility tools
  • Guide the delivery of inclusive systems that promote equal access for everyone
  • Champion quality engineering practices, team happiness and sustainable delivery methods
  • Contribute to technical reviews, design documents and code where necessary
Your Skills and Qualifications
  • Strong commercial experience managing frontend engineers and leading impactful teams
  • Proven track record of driving significant technical changes as both a leader and contributor
  • Experience working cross-functionally to deliver scalable solutions that benefit multiple teams
  • Solid frontend engineering skills and curiosity about AI's role in developer workflows
  • Passion for inclusive design and user experience
  • Value mentorship, feedback and creating a safe space for engineers to thrive
