  • Translate program guidelines into high-quality, compliant service delivery that meets quality and performance targets.
  • Guide clients into meaningful work through trust, empathy, and personalized support.
  • Build strong employer relationships and promote inclusive hiring practices.
  • Monitor progress, maintain accurate records, and lead by example.
  • Champion the values of inclusion, empowerment, and person-centered practice.

Key Requirements

  • Qualifications in Employment or Human Services
  • Experience in employment services and supporting people with disability, injury, or health conditions
  • Proven ability to meet KPIs and create client-focused employment and skills plans
  • Strong communication, problem-solving, and stakeholder engagement skills
  • Knowledge of disability legislation, support strategies, and labour market trends
  • Current Driver's License - essential
