About the Role

We are seeking an experienced and dynamic individual to lead the growth and expansion of our Aged and Disability services. The successful candidate will work closely with the Executive Manager to develop and implement strategic growth initiatives, optimising our business sustainability through innovative funding models and transformative service delivery.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and implement strategic growth initiatives to drive business sustainability
  • Collaborate with the Executive Manager to identify and pursue new business opportunities
  • Lead the development of innovative funding models and service delivery strategies
  • Work closely with cross-functional teams to drive business growth and transformation
Requirements
  • Proven experience in developing business cases, conducting feasibility assessments, and high-level reporting
  • Strong leadership skills with the ability to work collaboratively within a team environment
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Typically requires a minimum of five (5) years of experience in the relevant field
  • Tertiary qualifications in a clinical/healthcare field, business management, or a related discipline
