Senior Registrar Opportunity in Emergency Medicine

Job Summary:
Charterhouse Recruitment is seeking a highly skilled Senior Registrar to join our client's dynamic Emergency Department team. As a Senior Registrar, you will play a crucial role in providing high-quality patient care and contributing to the department's success.
About the Role:
The successful candidate will have the opportunity to work in a busy Emergency Department, handling approximately 70,000 patient presentations each year. You will be part of a team that is experienced in working with overseas-trained registrars, making it easy to comply with AHPRA regulations and demonstrate supervision and monitoring in your placement.
Key Responsibilities:
- Provide high-quality patient care in the Emergency Department
- Contribute to the department's success through your skills and expertise
- Work collaboratively with the team to achieve departmental goals
- Participate in ongoing professional development to enhance your skills and knowledge
Requirements:
- General, Provisional, or Limited registration with AHPRA or eligible to obtain
- IMGs that have completed at least the AMC MCQ (part 1) or completed both AMC 1 & 2 (clinical exam)
- IMGs eligible via the Competent Authority Pathway (training in the UK, USA, NZ, Canada, or Ireland)
- IMGs assessed by ACEM College as partially or substantially comparable
- IMGs interested in foreign training via the Short-Term Training Specialist Pathway (STT)
- Experience working as an Emergency Medicine Registrar
