Job Opportunity

We are on a mission to create AI systems that can interpret and respond to spoken commands, enabling autonomous machines to interact with the real world. Our team is working on building recursive agentic frameworks that think before they act.

The Role

As a Machine Learning Engineer, you will play a crucial role in designing systems that bridge human voice and an autonomous drone's behavior. Your expertise in training Large Language Models (LLMs) from scratch will be instrumental in helping us develop innovative solutions.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Design and train LLMs from scratch, leveraging transformer-based architectures
  • Build chain-of-thought frameworks and multi-step reasoning agents to enable decision-making
  • Collaborate closely with robotics and speech teams to integrate models into real-world applications
  • Contribute to the development of an evolving agent architecture with plans for vision-language integration
  • Help drive the transition from early success to scalable, field-tested autonomy

Requirements:

  • Real-world experience training transformer-based LLMs (e.g., GPT, LLaMA, custom)
  • Ability to build and manage datasets effectively
  • Familiarity with agentic AI, tool-calling, or recursive planning concepts
  • Understanding of speech-to-text pipelines and model context protocols
  • Passion for deploying ML models in real-world settings, rather than just theoretical work
  • Drive to push boundaries and innovate
  • A genuine hunger to learn, build, ship, and improve
