Job Title: Machine Learning Engineer GraduateAbout the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated Machine Learning Engineer Graduate to join our Trust and Safety Engineering team.

This role will provide an opportunity to work with cross-functional teams, collaborate with engineers, and develop scalable classifiers, tools, models, and algorithms using machine learning, computer vision, and data mining.

As a Machine Learning Engineer Graduate, you will be responsible for improving trust and safety strategies through model iteration, working with cross-functional teams to protect TikTok globally, and contributing to the development of cutting-edge technologies.


Key Responsibilities
  • Collaborate with engineers to build trust and safety systems for TikTok
  • Develop scalable classifiers, tools, models, and algorithms using machine learning, computer vision, and data mining
  • Improve trust and safety strategies through model iteration
  • Work with cross-functional teams to protect TikTok globally

Requirements
  • Currently pursuing or recently completed a bachelor's degree in Computer Science or a related engineering field (within 1 year)
  • Solid knowledge in machine learning, pattern recognition, NLP, data mining, or computer vision
  • Understanding of data structures and algorithms
  • Strong communication and teamwork skills

Preferred Qualifications
  • Passion for solving challenging problems with techniques in machine learning, pattern recognition, NLP, data mining, or computer vision
  • Previous experience in relevant applications
  • Currently pursuing a master's or PhD in Computer Science or related field
