Labourer Job Description

We are seeking a skilled and reliable labourer to join our team. The successful candidate will be working on multiple sites across Sydney's CBD, Inner West, and Eastern Suburbs.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Loading and unloading materials, moving equipment, and cleaning up job sites.
  • Assisting tradespeople with their daily tasks.
  • Adhering to site safety regulations and practices.
  • Assist with demolition works, formwork, steel fixing, and installation of handrails.
  • Concrete patching & basic waterproofing.
  • Operating power tools, jackhammer, drills, and grinders.

Requirements:

  • Minimum two years of labouring experience.
  • Valid white card.
  • Full PPE.
  • Australian working rights.
  • Ability to perform heavy manual labour.
  • Proficient in using Hand and Power tools.
  • High level communication.
  • Adhere to all WHS practices and work within SWMS.
  • Up-to-date resume and two contactable references.
  • Driver's licence and reliable transport advantageous.

Desirable Tickets: EWP, boom/scissor lift, forklift, hoist, or telehandler.
