Job Summary:
">We are seeking 18 x Labourers to join our team for a 12-month contract (with the potential for permanent employment) with a leading water utility.
">The role involves performing manual labour tasks to support Maintenance Area Teams, ensuring customers receive high-quality and reliable water services.
">Main Responsibilities:
">- Perform general labourer tasks including wastewater clean-ups, site restorations, and assisting experienced crews on-site.
- Locate assets indicated on maps, use power tools and machines when needed, handle and transport materials and equipment.
- Follow instructions from supervisors to perform manual labour tasks and assist other crew members in delivering materials and equipment necessary to complete projects on time.
Requirements:
">- A current MR drivers licence is required.
- A White Card is mandatory.
- Good communication and teamwork skills are essential.
- A commitment to safety policies and procedures is crucial.
- Punctuality and reliability are must-haves.
- Familiarity with power tools and machinery is desired but not essential.

">You will receive all training provided, exposure to the water industry, a structured training and development program, and potential for progression/ongoing employment upon demonstration of capability and commitment to our culture and values.
