We are seeking an Occupational Health Manager with expertise in physiotherapy to join our team at BHP Group. In this critical role, you will be responsible for leading the delivery of occupational health services across our Australian operations.

The successful candidate will have a deep understanding of workplace health and safety principles and practices, as well as experience managing a team of healthcare professionals. Strong leadership and coaching skills will enable you to motivate and inspire your team to deliver exceptional results.

You will work closely with other departments to implement evidence-based health and safety initiatives, reduce workplace injuries and illnesses, and improve overall employee wellbeing.

A bachelor's degree in physiotherapy (or equivalent) is essential for this role, along with relevant experience in occupational health. Strong analytical and problem-solving skills will also be required to analyze data and develop strategies to address health and safety risks.
