We are seeking an experienced sales professional to join our team in Sydney's central business district. As a key member of our sales team, you will be responsible for achieving optimal occupancy at our sites, working closely with the General Manager and Marketing Manager to drive business growth.

The successful candidate will have a proven track record in prospecting and closing sales, excellent communication skills, and experience in customer service and relationship building. A self-starter with high energy and a passion for sales, you will thrive in a fast-paced environment and be motivated by a high commission-earning opportunity (uncapped).

About the Role
  • Prospect and close new business opportunities to achieve optimal occupancy at our sites.
  • Work closely with the General Manager and Marketing Manager to develop and execute strategic sales plans.
  • Manage inbound leads and existing pipeline, providing accurate sales forecasts to ensure achievement of sales targets.

Requirements
  • 4+ years of experience in sales-related fields, preferably in co-working or serviced offices.
