We are seeking a highly skilled Early Childhood Educator to join our team. As an integral member of our educational community, you will play a vital role in delivering high-quality learning programs and providing exceptional care for children from 6 weeks to five years old.
Key Responsibilities- To plan, implement, and evaluate engaging learning programs that cater to the diverse needs and interests of children.
- To establish and maintain positive relationships with children, parents, and colleagues.
- To contribute to a collaborative team environment, sharing knowledge and expertise to enhance the quality of our service.
To be successful in this role, you will need:
- A Diploma in Early Childhood or equivalent qualification.
- Availability to work on a rotating roster.
- A thorough understanding of the Early Years Learning Framework.
- Excellent communication and time-management skills.
- A valid Working with Children Check.
